Membership Categories

Membership is on a calendar-year basis (January 1 - December 31). All membership categories receive online access to the journal SLEEP. All membership categories (domestic members within the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico) recieve print copies of the journal SLEEP unless otherwise stated.

FULL MEMBERS
Individuals possess doctoral degrees and have either published sleep-related research or have documentation of research. Includes print and online versions of SLEEP and the online version of the SRS Bulletin. 		$180.00
     
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Individuals with special training who are actively engaged in sleep research, usually in a laboratory. Includes print and online versions of SLEEP and the online version of the SRS Bulletin. 		$90.00
     
POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW
Individuals have received their terminal degree and are in a residency or fellowship program. Includes print and online versions of SLEEP and the online version of the SRS Bulletin (Membership in this category is limited to 3 years*). 		$90.00
     

PREDOCTORAL STUDENT
Individuals pursuing undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degrees. This category includes individuals who earned their undergraduate degree within the last two years and work in a sleep research laboratory prior to pursuing advanced degrees. Includes the online versions of SLEEP and the SRS Bulletin (Membership in this category is limited to 5 years*).

Members who join after February 28, 2010, will not receive or be included in the 2010-2011 Membership Directory. Future directories will be mailed in June of each year.
